Deskera

Deskera is a cloud ERP for small and mid-sized businesses that bundles accounting, inventory, payroll and CRM under one subscription. It targets companies moving off spreadsheets and disconnected apps who want one login rather than a suite of integrations. The one thing to know is that it is priced per user at ERP levels, so it makes most sense for a small number of finance and operations staff, not the whole company.

Where does Deskera fit for a small business?

Pricing for the ERP edition runs from about $99 to $150 per user per month, with a lower-priced Small Business tier (Deskera pricing, August 2026). There is no free tier.

The appeal is scope: books, stock, purchase orders, payroll and a sales pipeline that share one customer and product master. For a trading company with a few people in the back office, that removes a lot of reconciliation work.
