Privacy policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Digital4All (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum we need to run the site and respond to you.

Data we collect

  • Contact and enquiry data. When you submit the contact or lead form we store your name, email address and the details you provide (company, country, company size, project description) so we can respond.
  • Newsletter data. Your email address and confirmation status, stored when you subscribe and confirm via double opt-in.
  • Download data. The email address you provide to receive a template, and which template you requested.
  • Usage data. Anonymous page-view analytics: page path, referrer, device class and campaign parameters. IP addresses are not stored in raw form — where retained at all, they are truncated and hashed. We honour the “Do Not Track” browser setting.

How we use it

  • To answer enquiries and deliver services you request.
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To deliver template downloads and, occasionally, related follow-up material.
  • To understand which content is useful and improve the site.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Affiliate links and outbound tracking

Some outbound links route through our own /go redirect so we can count clicks and attribute commissions. That redirect records the page you clicked from and basic device information; it does not build a personal profile. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

Retention

Enquiry and lead records are kept for as long as needed to handle the engagement and for reasonable business records thereafter. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregate in nature and periodically pruned.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The public site uses no advertising cookies. Session storage is used to remember campaign parameters during a visit. The admin area uses a functional login cookie.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date above. Material changes to how we handle newsletter data will be announced by email.
