ERP advisory
Independent guidance for businesses outgrowing spreadsheets and entry-level accounting — whether you need an ERP at all, and if so, which and how.
Who this is for. Growing businesses (typically 20–200 staff) where finance, inventory, operations and reporting live in disconnected systems and month-end has become archaeology. Also businesses partway through a struggling ERP project that need an independent view.
What we do. We map your order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, identify where the real friction is, and give you an honest architecture recommendation: sometimes a mid-market ERP, sometimes a well-integrated set of best-of-breed tools, occasionally just fixing the accounting system you already own. Where a selection is warranted we run it the same way as our CRM selection work: weighted requirements, structured demos, scored evaluation.
What we deliberately avoid. We are not an ERP reseller and take no implementation-partner margins, which is precisely what makes the advice worth paying for. ERP is the software category with the most expensive regret; independence is the point.
How an engagement works. Advisory engagements run two to six weeks depending on scope: process mapping, systems review, recommendation and (where relevant) selection support through to contract. Fixed fee, agreed after a scoping call.
Outgrowing your systems? Get an independent view before you buy an ERP.
Describe your current finance and operations stack and we will tell you honestly whether an ERP is the answer — and what to do if it is not.
