CRM selection advisory
Structured, vendor-neutral help choosing the right CRM — requirements, shortlist, scored evaluation and a defensible recommendation.
Who this is for. Businesses about to choose a CRM — first system or replacement — that want the decision made on evidence rather than demo charisma. Typical clients have 2–50 sales or service staff and have either outgrown spreadsheets or lost faith in a poorly adopted system.
What we do. We start from your sales process, not from software: how leads arrive, how deals progress, what management actually needs to see. From that we build a weighted requirements matrix, shortlist two to four candidates, and run structured evaluations against your own scenarios — your data, your workflows, your team watching. You receive a scored comparison and a written recommendation you can defend to anyone.
What we deliberately avoid. We take no placement fees from vendors for selection work, and where an affiliate relationship exists with a recommended product we disclose it in the recommendation itself. If the honest answer is "your current tool, configured properly", that is the recommendation you get.
How an engagement works. Selection engagements run two to four weeks: a discovery workshop, requirements sign-off, evaluation sessions, then the recommendation report with an implementation budget estimate. Fixed fee, agreed up front.

Tell us about your sales process and current tools, and we will tell you honestly whether a structured selection engagement would pay for itself — no obligation either way.
