Who this is for. Businesses drowning in repetitive digital work — copying data between systems, triaging enquiries, chasing documents, assembling reports — that suspect automation could help but do not know where to start or what to trust AI with.
What we do. We begin with a process audit: where hours actually go, which tasks are rule-based (automate fully), which are judgement-based (AI-assist with human review) and which should stay human. Then we build: automation scenarios in Make or Zapier, AI steps for classification, drafting and extraction where they genuinely help, and monitoring so failures surface instead of silently dropping work.
Our honest position on AI. Current AI is excellent at drafting, classifying and summarising, and unreliable at final decisions with commercial consequences. We design accordingly: AI proposes, humans approve, and every automation has an error route. We would rather under-promise here than sell you a chatbot that embarrasses you.
How an engagement works. A short paid audit (one to two weeks) produces a prioritised automation roadmap with effort/payback estimates. Build work then proceeds in small fixed-scope increments, highest payback first, with documentation and handover so you are not dependent on us.
