Amazon Echo Show 11

The Echo Show 11 (2025) is an 11-inch Full HD Alexa+ smart display with spatial audio and a built-in Matter, Thread and Zigbee smart-home hub. For a small business it is a front-desk or huddle-room screen: shared calendar, video calls, camera feeds and voice control. The one thing to know is that this model dropped the physical camera shutter.

Is the Echo Show 11 a good reception-desk screen?

• 11-inch 1080p display, AZ3 Pro chip and Omnisense presence sensing.
• Built-in hub controls Matter, Thread and Zigbee devices without extra hardware.
• Camera and microphone can be switched off with a button, but TechTimes notes there is no sliding shutter, a real objection at a reception desk.
• Alexa+ is free with Prime in the US and Canada, $19.99 a month otherwise, and not available in the Gulf, where the device runs classic Alexa.

Who should skip it

Anyone who wants a physical camera shutter should choose the Echo Show 5 or 15. Businesses outside Alexa+ markets get a less capable assistant.
